How long does it take to produce and ship my order?

Most orders are produced within 1–3 business days. Because many of our products are personalized, each item is engraved specifically for you before shipping. Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Doyou ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout. If your location does not appear, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange shipping.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Non‑customized items may be returnedaccording to our return policy. Personalized items are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect orerror on our side.

Are your products handmade?

All products are designed and engraved in our workshop in Canada using professional laser engraving equipment and high‑quality materials. Every piece is carefully produced to ensure precision and quality.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment until it arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through Shopify, including major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available during checkout.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes. Many of our products can be prepared as gifts. If you are ordering for a special occasion, please let us know and we will do our best to prepare the item accordingly.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At the moment we operate online, but selected products are available in certain retail locations. We also offer local pickup by appointment when available.
